After lastest OS update, Z10 hasn't been able to make or receive calls for 3 days



I received the notification for the latest OS update ( and proceeded to update my phone via wi-fi connection.  When rebooting, it froze on the 100% booted up Blackberry logo screen for over an hour and needed to be restarted by removing the battery.  When it restarted the phone was confused about the date & time, was reorganizing my icons, lost all my text messages and showed no signs of the hub.  A second reboot brought it back to normal... or so I thought... it has been 3 days that I cannot make or receive a phone call. 


Tonight, I tried to update my phone again, this time using Blackberry Link on my PC, and the same thing happened.  And, when I check the OS version in the Settings it still says OS


I really want to support Blackberry... but since getting the Z10 I have had nothing but problems... It's really getting frustrating.  Please help.

Thank you for your question regarding the calling issue you are experiencing on your BlackBerry Z1 smartphone.


If the reloading process using BlackBerry Link also failed to address the issue, please contact your mobile service provider to investigate.
