After upgrading my software

I upgraded my z10 phone when I got the notification to do so. I done it before I went to bed one night and woke up to a message stating that I had to turn my device off and on again and followed this information promptly. When my phone switched back on my music folder completely disappeared and I can't get onto my music other than through the search app which is annoying as I can't put it on as a playlist and such... I also everyday get around 2-3 notifications saying my software needs updated? What do I do? I want my music folder back!!! Stupid blackberry's x
