Android Apps are not working after updating OS 10.2.1.xxxx on my Z10 STL 1002

I side loaded and used android apps such as Viber, Skype on my Z10. Recently I updated my Z10 OS as I have OS update notification when I was in Singapore. After that, many apps in my phone are not working any more. I also tried to install some apps by using Snap app but stuck in installing stage. How can I fix this problem? Kindly help me for working Viber , skype and other apps.

Did you ever get an answer? I recently wiped my phone and reloaded it and now my installer isnt working for any android apps (apk files)

I can confirm that many of the 10.2.1 OS levels had issues with apks, but leaving off the final octet of the OS level prevents any guessing as to if you happen to be using one of them.

Further, there are sometimes issues if one also restores from a backup after an OS reload...sometimes, the backup can re-introduce the very corruption that you are attempting to cleanse.

I can also attest that many of those apk issues were resolved witn 10.2.2.xxxx, and continue to be resolved even more so in the 10.3.x.x levels. 10.2.1.xxxx has become, well, rather old now.
