Attachment delay

People have been sending me pictures, contacts, files through text and they take multiple hours to come through. Their normal sms texts come through, but once something is attached it is extremely delayed. Wasn't having this issue before. Is this maybe a setting I need to change?

Re: Attachment delay

Hello Max,

Delievery speed via SMS/MMS messaging is determined by the mobile service provider(s) network being used for the transfer process. We suggest that you contact them to investigate this issue for you.

Let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you.
