BB Z10 sim is from unknown resource

Hello, I bought BB Z10 unlocked through Amazon. When I put my GSM sim, it says no netwok and the sim is from unknown recourse. I tried to change my APN settings-network settings-but there is no APN. Then I tried to find APN from bb hub but also I didn't succeed, there were no APN. So how can I set my APN, (where can I find this setting?) Thank you, btw it is not because of my network provider company. I have read about this problem from this forum, and I already asked from my mobile network provider. Where can I find APN?

The ability to change the APN will vary according to your mobile provider's allowance to do so.

Some allow it, some do not.

 

  1. In the BlackBerry Hub, tap Menu > Settings Settings > Text Messages > Advanced.
  2. Make your changes.
  3. Tap Save.
