Do you have an IT Policy on your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone? You can check this under Settings > About > Category - Work Space.
This could be why the application stopped functioning after you did the enterprise activation. The IT Policy pushed down by the activation may be restricting it. If you do have an IT Policy, I suggest contacting your BlackBerry Enterprise Server administrator or your IT department for more information on what the IT Policy controls.
