BBM Error this morning!!

Hi, Can you please explain me why this morning I see this error when opening BBM !

 

error message :

 

 

Unable to Complete Setup

                  !

Temporay Server Error

 

A temporary server error has occurred.

        Please try again.

We do require logs to further investigate, please contact your network service provider and asked to be transferred to BlackBerry.

Thanks for the quick reply.

 

To find the root cause of this issue we need to get the logs, the only way we can retreive these logs is to contact us.  Call Bell Mobility and asked to be transferred to BlackBerry.

Hi Am from Saudi Arabia and I face the same problem !!! Please fix it !! What the use of BB device without BBM !! If you cant fix it thin i think that BB company not ready yet to resale Z10 !! FIX IT !!!!

There was an issue with BBM in Saudi Arabia, however this is now resolved.  Let me know if you're still experiencing any trouble.

Hi I'm from India, my BBM on blackberry 10 stopped working 2 days ago, I can see that I have messages but am unable to open them. The same thing has happened on my brothers phone. What is the problem? When will it be fixed??

I am from Saudi Arabia as well and had the same issue of not being able to associate BBM with Blackberry ID for a whole day. The next morning it worked but I have lost all BBM my contacts and chat history. I have tried to restore from a previous backup (5 days old backup). I could see my contacts but again tofay morning I lost everything again.

 

Please let me know how to go about resolving this problem.

Hey there,

 

Thanks for question.

 

Tukar - It sounds like there could be a problem with the backup of BBM contacts, I would suggest manually adding the contacts via PIN number and the monitor the issue.

 

Vib29 - Have you tried to access the BBM messages from BlackBerry Hub?  Also what version of BlackBerry 10 software are you running?  Go to Settings>About
