Im having a problem while changing the BBM Profile Picture on Z10 Device with a service provider in Qatar, While all the trouble shooting steps has been done and i found all the BBM users inside Middle East are facing the same issue with BB10 in Qatar,UAE,KSA,Kuwait as well.For some how i tried once to do a work around and after so many trials i found a temp. solution it made it works which removing the Facebook application. But this is not the perfect scenario from RIM ... So is there any estimated time to solve this issue in the Middle East or shall we wait for a software update and wishing if the issue got solved or no ??!!..

Sorry to hear you are having issues with BlackBerry Messenger.
Can you please confirm the BlackBerry 10 Software version on your BlackBerry z10 smartphone? (Settings>About>"Drop Down menu" OS>OS Version)
Is your BBM profile picture not updating for your BBM Contacts?
Are the BBM contacts missing their avatar's in BlackBerry Messenger?
Can you please confirm what "troubleshooting" has been completed (does this include reloading your BlackBerry z10 smartphone)?
Have you received an error message when reproducing the issue with BBM?
