BBM Z10 cannot use after update OS

need help

my Z10 cannot use bbm after updating OS

when i try to open bbm, there  nothing happen, just back to home screen when try to open

n  when i try to uninstall in appworld there nothing happen

i already choice option uninstal, but when try again to open my world BBM still installed

To clarify - Is the BBM application closing as soon as you attempt to open it?

 

Which version of device software did you update to before the issue began?
