BBM issues on BlackBerry Z10

    I had major issue with BBM on new BlackBerry Z10. After I registered the BBM,  it won't download all the contacts and I can't add or send message to other people. It doesn't look like link with my Blackerry ID. 

 

    What I tried:

  1. Re-activated BBM on the old blackberry phone so I thought it will de-activated on the new blackberry z10 phone. No luck. The BBM on the new phone still show “already registered", but the BBM works on the old phone.
  2. Backup the new blackberry phone and performed reset to manufactory settings. After phone reset, we followed the steps for the initial setup, no luck. When we open BBM, it still won’t start the registration and won't any contacts. I looks like it register by itself with the phone rather than BBM server.

Any help will be appreciated.
