BBM not working on Z10

Ever since I upgraded my Z10 software to 10.0.10.85 my bbm has not worked. I've reset my phone and it will work for a short time and then it stops. I've read that this is a problem and RIM knows about it. This needs to get fixed asap. I'm not a happy customer.

Well i had the same, all you have to do is activate your bbm service then it should work fine, if you are having bbm active try restarting it by calling customer service.

Could you provide a bit more information on your issue with BBM please so we can better assist? What happens exactly when it stops working? Do you receive any errors or warnings? Are you unable to both send and receive BBM messages? Does this happen for all contacts? Are any other applications on your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone affected?
