Could you provide a bit more information on your issue with BBM please so we can better assist? What happens exactly when it stops working? Do you receive any errors or warnings? Are you unable to both send and receive BBM messages? Does this happen for all contacts? Are any other applications on your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone affected?
