When i try to connect to BBM it says "Associating BBM with your blackberry ID". The message goes on forever and my BBM chat never opens. I tried to associate with both Wi-Fi and mobile network but the isue is never solved. Tried with restarting the phone too but no luck. Can anyone help me out here.

I see you've tried to reinstall, but what about the steps listed here for specific removal tips. Sorry this is giving you troubles. I also wonder if it would work if you have WiFi available.

I couldnt delete the application and hence couldnt reinstall either. Anyone know how to delete BBM? Since its a core application, tap and delete wont work.
@josuefunes the link that you provided is for BB7, I have BB 10.
