dougsymon, I've tried patiently and thoroughly to assist you, but to come back and continue to blame BlackBerry for something I am pretty certain is a carrier mobile network issue does not encourage me to continue.
If YOU are purchasing service from a mobile provider who refuses to assist you, that's where your problem lies. You are paying them for support. Why refuse to use it?

I am from india i am going to buy Z30 from blackberry store only.
I would like to know do i need BIS services if i want to use the internet on my Z30 ?
Or it works on standard data plans ?
