BBZ10 - Software in device : , How to upgrade

Hi team,


 My Device BBZ10 is running on OS and its having battery issue and some kind of Application leak . when i checked in internet forums people are advicing me to upgrade to & 10.3.xx ,  But in my device when i am checking updates its not showing any upgrade available .


 What its mean those updates are officially not launched or what is the issue . Please suggest ?

I  just updated the OS to this version. Now when I have a call, the screen that used to be there is gone. It shows the main call screen, as if you hit the phone icon in the lower left. I can't end the call or control the call like it used to.  BB , please fix.
