I think that in this case you should be contacting Network Solutions for support. They sold you the service and should be able to help you to troubleshoot the server settings.

From your other post here I suspect that you may not actually be on a BES10 with them, and that you are on the old BES that works with OS7 and lower devices. I could be wrong, but if they want to charge you to answer that question.... I'd be asking for a refund.
