From your other post here I suspect that you may not actually be on a BES10 with them, and that you are on the old BES that works with OS7 and lower devices. I could be wrong, but if they want to charge you to answer that question.... I'd be asking for a refund. Smiley Happy

That's what I did. Just too complicated. I really wanted to get blackberry Balance up going but so much for that.
