I've had mine for 2 1/2 weeks, and everything was running well till last week when could not connect to BBID, so could not backup. So wiped the phone and then I could back up again. Now I have a backup over 550MB and it will not backup at all. As well seem that when I check my BBID it cant always connect to the server (that's with multiple checks within minutes. ie. successful, fails, success, fails, fails, restart, fails, fails, turn off/on, success, etc.) it's WEIRD.
I wonder that the original install of the OS failed at different points because seem like everyone keeps running into different problems. Though I will say this, BlackBerry better get this fixed not just for us existing users but for the US launch as I see a terrible fate in the future!
I'm am still impressed with the Z10, but I really hope this OS, BBID, backup issues can be fixed. Though someone mentioned there is a way to re-install the OS, anyone know how?

I think that because Link has been so buggy, the recommended method is to go to this site and use the "install from the web" method.. YMMV

Had the same problem with my Z10 battery. Got my phone from Wireless Wave etc and they just switched out the battery. Works great now.
Just have to battle issues with device not connecting to computer now.

Hi I have the new BB Z10.
I have a problem of network connexion.
I can get the network.
i activate the mobile network, but bb still try to activate cellular services.
How to do ?

Excellent device well designed OS flows nicely but I have a few suggestions for improvement;
#1 Email zoom in requires text wrapping.
#2 Enable selection of default search engine in browser.
#3 Touch is a bit laggy especially when terminating phone calls.
#4 Camera is lacking in setting selections and features.
