Try removing the two check marks and then see if you can manually do the backup in full.
I tried the full, and the partial backup, the full just does not complete at all, and the partial returns the "No DATA FOUND FOR BACKUP"

Yes disconnect the phone and retry. Had the same issue. You need to keep connecting and disconecting the phone.
After too many attempts for back up you will receive that error.
Done that too many time to count (I stopped after 1 ;-) ), the funny thing is that the Playbook can at least backup the settings, but the phone can not

Give it a break. Try again later and take the battery out and re insert it. It will work

Lol, I found that my laptop would come up with the error, but when switched to my desktop it worked fine.
So maybe try on a different computer?
I would like that, but I have only one computer with working USB port, and with Link installed on it
