Bought the Z10 w/ Rogers 3 months ago and the battery is DEAD already. Ridiculous. Rogers will take 10 days to fix it and give me a **bleep**ty flip phone, and RIM wants to charge me $65 for a new one ($30 of that is shipping to Canada). I've had it - #iphoneswitch

they should be able to send just a battery to you
This is a Rogers issue with warranty not BlackBerry, you agreed to the terms once you started using your phone.
BESAdmin's, please make a signature with your BES environment info.

ZLawson, you need to raise your voice with Rogers and just get a new battery from them.
That's ridiculous they'd treat you this way, don't let them.
ALSO: why do you say the battery is dead, what do you see that makes you think so?
