Why my z10 not charging full it's stuck 98%,95% 89%,& 88% shows unplug symbol and also consuming so much daily more than twice I should charge.and it gets more hot when I use with net and applications. Do I need to buy new battery what is the solution

It is not uncommon for the "device software battery meter" to be offsync or misinterpret the actual battery charge.


You can reset that device battery meter reading by connecting your Z10 to the wall outlet charger.

Leave the Z10 powered on, and remove the battery for a couple minutes, reinsert and reboot. You may need to do this a few times over a couple days, leaving the device to charge an hour or so before pulling the batttery.


Regarding the heat issue, as you browse, play games, use apps, the processor works harder and that creates heat.

If you notice excessive heat, remove the back cover and perhaps the battery for a few minutes to allow it all to cool down.
