BlackBerry Link question

Is there someone how have been working Blackberry Link to your Blackberry 10.

 

Mine doesn't work at all, it detect my device but have bad communication and ask me to reinstall the software though my Z10.  I did but lost all my contact.  Return to telus and login my old Blackberry Bold to have my contact back.

 

Really don't know what I'm gone do ??? I still have few to return it to telus.

 

Can someone could tell me if it can sync to Z10 to transfers picture,video,,,I know that we can't sync with outlook..

JoBel2004, yes the Link software has worked beautifully for me to sync pictures, music, videos and documents to and from my Z10 to my desktop PC.

 

I would recommend you uninstall your Link software from your PC and reinstall it.

I had driver issues initially and Link wasn't working... rebooting with the device connected to the computer seems for have solved it for me.

I did reboot my system with my device plugin and still doesn't work

I have spoken with a blackberry support for the last 2 hours. We try reinstall the BBLink, deactivated my antivirus and them Yes it worked. But when we activated the antivirus again it doesn't link again. So I will try to call my cogeco cable services to know that is going on. ???

I got it. That was my antivirus on my computer I used F-Secure and I can't enter any rules so I have to do an uninstaled. I changed to Microsoft Security Essentiel and finally it work,,,,
