@BlackBerry.Net?

Does anyone know if/when we will get our email addresses back?

Those adresses were for the pre BBOS10 devices, with the new BBOS10 there is no need and support for those adresses

You have an option of forwarding those messages for one year, have you excercised that function?

Re: @BlackBerry.Net?

Thanks all. My Storm2 is off. Is there a way to log in to the address online? I always did it from a BlackBerry.

Re: @BlackBerry.Net?

Hello,

    So my wife's email account is getting failure notice messages set back to anyone who emails her on her new Passport from her blackberry.net account (even tho she is getting the email). Can this email account cant be deleted or is the only way to fix this is to set up a forwarding rule?

Re: @BlackBerry.Net?

@spikedbrown, please explain... your wife on her Passport can email using the blackberry.net account...

But if someone replies to her to that address, the sender is getting a failure notice, and still the message is delivered to her Passport.

I wish you could grab and paste here a copy of the message those senders are seeing.

Just so you and she know, those blackberry.net addresses will NOT be valid much longer using BlackBerry10 OS.

Re: @BlackBerry.Net?

Hello,

Back in the old days. you had two email accounts one being you main account".....@rogers.com" while the other account being the "...@rogers.blackberry.net". Since switching over to the Passport, anyone who sends her an email the sender gets a failure notice.

Re: @BlackBerry.Net?

Yea, read the link I posted above... she needs to start doing away with the blackberry.net account.

Get a free gmail or outlook.com (I prefer the latter) email account.
