BlackBerry Z10 keeps restarting

Hi there,

When I try to boot my Z10, first the red LED turns on, then turns off and then the BlackBerry logo appears on the screen. After a few secs, it restarts and it shows the red LED again. That's endless and I haven't found any hay to boot the device. I've tried to reinstall de software via web, but it doesn't work.

Any solution?

Re: BlackBerry Z10 keeps restarting

pauarge, since rebooting and reloading the OS hasn't worked for you, you may need to use an Autoloader file to revive the device. If you don't have a backup, you will lose all data and preferences.

I would suggest that you try on a different PC to use the correct Autoloader file to install the OS and revive your Q10.

Remove the battery from the device for about 5 minutes, connect it to the wall outlet charger and reinsert the battery.
