BlackBerry protect does not work

I'm first time user for BlackBerry and just bought Z10. I set up all account and wanted to set up the proctect function. I set it on "ON" in the settings, but when i log in to the site - it does not show my device. What can i do to overcome this? Any thoughts? All logins are correct, im not using any BES.

No need for help anymore Smiley Happy I changed the browser to Mozilla and it works now. BlackBerry sadly does not support Opera browser in its websites...
