Blackberry Hub Flasjing

I updated to 10.1.  Everything seemed fine until I could not delete an email.  On reboot everything seems to work except for HUB.  It just sits and flashes with the message "Preparing Blackberry Hub"  It has been doing that for last 30 minutes.

I tried re-installing 10.1 through Link but keep geting message a failure message.

What now?

Hello shawnigan

Sorry to hear about your issue.

Is the Hub still having issues? How long did you leave it past the 30 minutes?

Re: Blackberry Hub Flasjing

[ Edited ]

I have the same problem with my Z10 and I have tried everything from software restart, battery pull, power button reset (holding it down until BB splash screen comes up again). It has been stuck all day and the phone just heats up. The Preparing BB Hub screen would just keep flashing and wouldn't go anywhere.

BBM and Whatsapp works so all I'm able to do is ask people about it but it seems like nobody knows what's going on. I can't even access my text messages.

Re: Blackberry Hub Flashing

Exact same problem here. Have tried everything from battery pull, full restore, hours of non-use. Nothing seems to work.

Please help. Cannot access any Messaging (email / text). Also cannot access any media. Real pain.
