Blackberry ID and app world on Z10

Every time I click on blackberry id I get the following message : unable to connect to the blackberry id server. Please try again. (50506)

Also when I try and download anything from the app world I get: an error occurred processing your request. 

 

Any ideas on what is wrong? Both worked up until a week ago.

I had an issue with this on two Z10 phones. We have number of these phones. The first thing to check is to make sure the time of day and time zone is properly set. The next thing to do is to try a battery pull to do a full re-set of the phone.

 

If the problem persists, the next step I took was to re-install the operating system, re-register the phone with Blackberry ID, and then restore from the backup. After I did the re-install, the phone has been okay.

Thanks for the advice, i tried the battery pull and all is back to normal.
