I have a BIG problem....My BB Z10 froze so I attempted to switch it off, but it didnt want to. So I had to remove the battery and to reboot my phone. In this process my Blackberry ID logged me out, and I am not able to get in at all...my password and my security queastion does not work....PLZ HELP!!!!!

I understand your frustrations! I just purchased the Z10 last Wednesday. Set up my contacts, etc. and now it says my password and recovery answers are wrong. I have spent hours trying to fix this. blackberry says go on a computer to reset it without the recovery question but every time it asks me for it. I am locked out and completely frustrated!!!! If this doesn't get fixed soon, I am chucking this phone out the window!

Are you sure you're entering the correct info? Because I can log in & out fine
access it on your home computer or laptop http://bbid.com
you could be entering incorrect keys!
