Blackberry Link shows Music that is not stored in iTunes

Hello

i resetted my iTunes Directory (deleted all files) to rebuild over iTunes Match my Music.

So i started iTunes new and downloaded 1 Album to my Mac.

After that, i started BB Link.

This shows me over 2300 Files of my deleted iTunes Archiv.

So whats going on here?

Why is BB Link not catching iTunes Archiv new?

How i can reset BB Link?

Thats very frustrating here that point and iam asking me: How can Blackberry roll out such software to their customers?

Any help/hints to fix that?

Re: Blackberry Link shows Music that is not stored in iTunes

Hi uhscale,

What version of iTunes do you have installed? Can you please clarify what you mean by reset iTunes directory? Were any other changes made to iTunes except for deleting music files? Have you already tried removing then reinstalling BlackBerry Link?

I look forward to your reply.

Re: Blackberry Link shows Music that is not stored in iTunes

Hello

with meaning: Reset iTunes:

I deleted the whole Directory of iTunes, that ALL Music files will be destroyed.

So BB Link cannot use them normally. But it shows 2500 files for available sync.

---

I did not reinstalling BB Link. Under MAC this is normally not to do.

Iam using latest iTunes Version.
