Need any idea how to resolve the problem with Blackberry Protect that doesnt seem to be update on the portal site. Perhaps any clue how to resolve this problem. Many thanks.

This issue can be resolved by contacting us (BlackBerry) and creating a ticket, please contact your network service provider and ask to be transferred BlackBerry.
