Blackberry Support Pages

I'm having issues with the Blackberry Support pages. When I click on a lot of them, nothing happens. 

I've clicked on the video demo's, nothing. Other pages as well.


I'm new to Blackberry. I've downloaded the Blackberry Desktop Software. When I hooked my device up to my laptop to access the desktop software, I get message telling me my device, Z10, is not supported by the desktop software. WTF? I thought the Blackberry Desktop Software supported "ALL" Blackberry devices.


When I tried to open the "Manua/User Guide" link. It did not open.


Just tell me where I can go to ask questions and get answers.

Blackberry Desktop Software is to be used with BlackBerry OS Legacy (BBOS)


Blackberry Link is for BlackBerry 10 (Z10,Q10,Q5,Z30 and Z3)
