Blackberry Z10 BBM issue... Message status

Dears,

 

Hello, i got my new Z10, it's really cool till now, but i face a problem with my BBM messages....

Sometimes (happens alot)  after sending the msg, it gives me a red "X" which means the msg couldn't be sent... but suddenly i realize that  the msg was actually sent and the receiver is already replying (while the status sign still shows a red "X").

 

how can i fix this, and what is the possible reasons for that..

If the message was actually sent (actually received at the destination), I would assume this could be an issue with the email account or the carrier in dealing with the message confirmation data.

 

It would be interesting for you to try this over a WiFi connection, and then compare it to being done over the mobile data service. If when using WiFi there is no problem like this, then you will know for sure it has to do with how the carrier is handling the return message confirmation data.
