Blackberry Z10 and contacts

I have had my Blackberry 10 for about a week.  My contacts have all loaded in.  But now I cannot access them from the Blackberry smartphone.  They are all there but I cannot open nor edit any contact information.  What do I do to rectifcy this.  I have almost 300 contacts in my list and do not want to lose them.

Thanks

At the bottom of the settings menu, touch the far bottom left <BACK> button.

Re: Blackberry Z10 and contacts

Then I don't know what screen you're on. You said the contacts settings screen?

What DO you see on the screen you're stuck on?

Re: Blackberry Z10 and contacts

in my hub i see the list of all, favorites bbm video, bbm, facebook, twitter, sim

when i tap any one of those i get the settings screeen, at the bottom os in icon of the one i tapped with 3 little line on the left of it, if i slide it back it goes back to the hub

when im in this setting screen i can move the top down and it reveals help and settings, if i tap settings, it brings up the same settings screen that is already there, i can swipe that one away, but when i swipe the ther on e away, it goes to the hub

Re: Blackberry Z10 and contacts

When I go into the Contact App I see my contacts starting at A but cannot edit, or go into the contact.  I can search contact...but it will just pull them up on th screen and I cannot access them either
