Blackberry protect

My device does not appear in my BlackBerry Protect account and my BlackBerry device isn't associated with a BlackBerry Enterprise Server

Hi! Make sure the option to see your device on BlackBerry Protect website is ON.

To check this, go to your BlackBerry Protect App>click menu key>choose options
On the bottom of the list you will see LOCATION REPORTING
Make sure that it is checked.

My Blackberry protect option is greayed out & i am not able to do anything about it. However, when i check on the site, it does populate my Z10 & the details. 

 

Any suggestions.
