I use Z10 with the latest version 10.1. .
When i want to buy or uopdate something in the Blackberry world, i get the message:
Invalid token, please login. Error message: Token has expired, please login:
What's the problem?

To resolve this issue, we will need to gather some BlackBerry World logs from your BlackBerry Z10. Please contact your network service provider and ask to be transferred to BlackBerry.

Hi - did you get a resolution to this? I have a colleague that is testing a Z10 to see if we adopt them and he has experienced the exact same problem.

Thanks - RESOLVED - he initially performed a minor update for 10.1 (not sure if that had any impact), but then pulled the battery. Now fine. If it happens again we will just try the battery removal.
