Bought a new z10 and while a security wipe, the battery was pulled out which resulted the software to be corrupt. Trying to RELOAD the software from the Blackberry server but everytime it gets stuck after download 93%. Please tell me is there a problem with the BB Server or something wrong I am doing. Doing the RELOAD from BlackberryLink.

I have exactly the same problem with Shafquat. I've been trying to reload the software but It keeps giving me software is uptodate and nutting happend. Please guide me ASAP. Thank you. PS: u can reach me on my email as given in my details.

i have the same problem with my Z10, I don´t get started... I try to conect usb to blackberry and internet explorer but, no suceess in reload or restart the smart phone.
when I torn on the cell, it just ask for conection to pc, even if a take out the baterry...
