Dear Blackberry,

Hope you guys will take some decision on my concern.

I had purchased the Z10 on 22 March, the IMEI :**Removed** and PIN **Removed**. I am facing a issue in the phone, some time the text message is not working properly the font size changes automatically, and looks very horrible. This has been happening on every 2-3 days gaps. To solve the issue i need to restart the system. I had went to your Vashi Mumbai Blackberry service center the response i got was that we need to update the software which will take at least 1 day i was ready for the stuff but they were not providing the standby phone, you cannot except the user to be without phone for day, after all i had purchased this phone for my business use not to party, Also it has been only 20 days and i am facing the issue. when i tried calling you on  your toll free number no one was picking up the call. could anyone help me to solve this issue.
I demand a replacement from blackberry. please look into this as it is a serious concern for me.

mushir_123, This is a user-to-user community support forum. We are not RIM employees, but volunteers who enjoy assisting other users. RIM personnel rarely comment on queries posted here. You would have noticed this in the message upon registration.

Thanks for the update, could you please provide me the contact information so that i can reach out to them direclty as i am facing a serious issue on my phone, i tried calling the customer care, emailed them on support id but no response from Blackberry.
