Calendar Sync - Not Happening

When I recive meeting invites and accept them, they dont show in the schedule and only sometimes show in the agenda. i use the schedule as a norm.


Can anyone help please?

What type of email account(s) are you receiving these calendar invites in? By the schedule are you referring to the default view when you open your calendar? Do these meetings display at all in your calendar in any view? Does this change only when you change views of the calendar?

I'm actually seeing the same thing on a user's Z10...

MS Exchange setup, using Active Sync between them.

The Schedule view doesn't seem to update very often(2+ hours so far), but the Agenda view is current.

Items are either missing, haven't deleted yet, or have the wrong info if anything's been changed.


Same phone for both, and the calendar item does show in Outlook just fine.


Currently a 10.1 phone, updating to 10.2 now to see if that fixes.
