Call Failure



I'm getting a call failure message every time I try to call out and not getting any calls in.  Also it appears that my texting abilities have been effected. 


I have checked for service outages with my provider and everything seems to be ok.


Any suggestions?

I would suggest trying a new SIM card in the BlackBerry Z10 smartphone and if the issue persists, I would suggest contacting your network service provider.

I have the same problem and tried wiping off all my data in the device, re-boot and changed the SIM too. upgraded my software also.


but still the problem persists. the service provider (airtel India) mentioned that every thing is fine from their end.


infact, the service provider is right. there is no problem for the other 3 colleagues who have been provided with the same model (ofcourse the same service provider too)


it's really frustating to check if my device is working or not frequently. sometimes, soon after checking, it goes to the 'invisible mode'. then it is like further more deep in the ....


is there a real solution for this problem..?????
