Caller id problem

I have a big problem with my new Z10 device. When someone call me the number came in regular format. When i get a text message it came in international format (+40.......). Even if i have that number in my contact list if is in regular format it doesn't show the sender of an text message, if is in international format it doesn't show the caller name. I call to my provider anh they tell me to contact blackbbery because is an internal problem and i have to do a "reset" for recognising bouth regular and international format. Please help!!!

I mean come on !!!!! when you  are  going to fix this problem ??!!!! should we switch to other iphone ro samsung till you fill then we will be happy with new devices ??? eerrgggg
