Camera Flash Problem

Hallo,

I dont know when and why it started, but my flash doesnt work when i take pictures in dark places.

I cant set in flash seting ON or OF. The square for option is inactive.

I tried the app BB Virtual Expert. There in test the flash works and camera takes the pictures with flash.

I think, that some app changed the "registry" in OS. I uninstaled all "Free Flash" an "Torch" but still it does not work.

Can you help me?

THX a lot

Karel

Re: Camera Flash Problem

Did you reboot your Z10 after deleting those other apps?

Do a simple reboot on the BlackBerry in this manner: With the BlackBerry device POWERED ON, remove the battery for a minute, and then reinsert the battery to reboot.

Re: Camera Flash Problem

Don't do a soft reboot, do it the way I described.

Re: Camera Flash Problem

Re: Camera Flash Problem

Hi,

It's because of shooting mode You selected. Flash menu is active at "Normal" shooting mode only. At any other mode long shooting process activated, so device can't use flash such long period of time
