Re: Can't connect to my providers internet

Trying a SIM from another carrier could narrow down probabilities.

Re: Can't connect to my providers internet

I was a bit busy and had no time for the phone Smiley Sad

It is a bit hard to get a sim from another provider, almost all my friends are subscribed to orange as me. It is even harder because i need a micro SIM for tests. Usually people use normal SIM-s.

I will call  the suport to check out my subscription and will let you know about the outcome.

Thank again to you all for the suggestions.

Also, there are cases when certain feature that require network activation, can take sometimes one or two days....

But after that time, you should certainly have data working on your phone. If not, go back to the store and ask the person to try the phone out with a microSIM card they have. Trust me, they have a "test" SIM card avaiable.

And, get a SIM card swap for new one, make sure it is provisioned correctly.

I've seen SIM cards work in one device and not in the other.

Re: Can't connect to my providers internet

Finally my problems are gone.

I went back to the mobile operator (orange) and asked them to activate mobile internet service for this phone. (I noticed that even if I had an internet subscription the service was inactive and I could not activate it from the web interface).

After 30 mins and a reboot that annoying message gone and I was finally able to connect to the internet to.

What can I say? I think they should activated the internet service in the moment I purchased the new subscription if an internet plan was included. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

The most important is that after all, everything is working the way it was intended.

I would like to thank you all, for all the ideas, suggestions you made.

Thanks again

P.S. Sorry for my terrible english Smiley Happy
