Can't forward BlackBerry hosted email address to another email address

I have tried to forward my BlackBerry hosted email account to another email account and when I put in my correct password for the account it keeps saying password and email combination not valid. Has the email account already been disabled and I don't know about it? Need help please.

Hello,

You need to contact the carrier that provided the hosted email account...they control those accounts.
