Hi

 

the update seemed to work ok but still no joy on emails

 

Surely if the email will not work on the email account verification tool then that means for some reason blackberry and the email account are incompatible, this seems strange when iphone, ipad, outlook are all handling the emails without an issue

Since this is a business email try setting it up under microsoft active sync rahter than pop3.

Hi

 

i got this sorted today after a mega session with the technical support with my hosting company, unsure in the end what actually was wrong but somewhere a combination of lots of things sorted it

 

very disapointed in EE customer services except for 1 women who was an ace

 

Back to work now at last
