I have just set up a new business email, i have set this up on the laptops, ipads and iphones for my colleagues, however 2 of us have Blackberry Z10 and we just cannot set up the email on these
The blackberrys have personal email accounts and other work accounts set up no problem but with this email address they return an unexpected error and cancel the process
The Hosting company is Krystal and i have been through this with their tech support and they are convinced that the issue is blackberry
the incoming server is Olympus.krystal.co.uk port 995 and the outgoing is Olympus.krystal.co.uk port 465
Has anyone encountered this and does anyone know what the problem is

It sounds like that's an IMAP account, so should be no problem. Take a look at this link, and check out BlackBerry's Email Account Validation Tool. If you plug the account info into the tool, it may indicate a tweak you need to make in the settings.

Is this is a microsoft active sync account? if yes can you verify your Os version. If your Os is not 10.1.0.4339.
update it, contact your service provider for availability. Let me know if this help.

I am trying to set up as pop3 but Imap will be ok
It fails on everything with "Authentication Failed" yet this is an email address that is working perfectly reciving emails on a laptop and an ipad
