Cannot transfer Contacts from 9900 to Z10

Hi There:

 

I am using the BlackBerry Link software to transfer my information (e.g., Contacts, Calendar, etc.) that was on my 9900.  I am able to back up my data from my 9900 (Step 2), but when I connect my Z10, it doesn't show up on the BB Link (Step 3).  I have tried switching cords.  On the Z10, it says that my device is connected to a computer, but I cannot go any further to switch my data. Any ideas?

I ended up going that route, but I had to do a security wipe after trying the first time because none of my apps would work. After I rebooted the phone after the security wipe, all of my information was there thankfully. I just had to reinstall a lot of apps. Thanks for the help.
