Charging Error now...

Hi guys when I charge my mobile now am I meant to be getting the following error...

"To charge your device faster use the charger that came with this device"...?

My issue is that Im getting this error when I am using the BlackBerry charger.

Can anyone advise? Does something need to be reset on the handset?

Re: Charging Error now...

Is this the charger plugged in to the wall outlet?

Try unplugging the cable from the Z10 and reconnecting it quickly in the socket.

If it continues to warn you, please look closely at the wall plug... what are the numbers on it for Amps a mAh?

Unplugged it quickly but this made no difference. The battery is still charging but this message still displays.

Re: Charging Error now...

The quick part was intended in plugging it back up, quick and firmly.
