Constantly being assed for password for email account (@me.com)

Hi

I am being constantly being asked to enter my password for @me.com account on by Z10.  Nothing has changed from last email received and when error has come in.

Any suggestions would be appreciated especially as I cannot recall the password as it doesnt appear to be accepting the one I thought it was.

You're going to need to remember the password for that mail account.

 

You can go to your @me account on a PC and try to login and click on the forget password.

When you remember or get the password, drop back by this forum and we'll tell you what to do .

Thank you,it appears to have now fixed itself.. I dont understand what has been happening..

 

Can you please tell me how do I log onto email for account @me.com on a pc and I will change the password so i can then use your knowledge to hopefully stop this from happening...

ok sorry for the previous message, I am still getting messages however it doesnt seem to have a password in the set up of my email account when I went in via email accounts, it says it is invalid but I still got the messages.. I await your knowledge on how to access @me.com email via pc

JSanders please help, I can receive emails however I cannot send now.  I hvae not hcanged my password however it wont accept it, I would like to reset however I am awaiting your thoughts/instructions on how to do that via pc... thanks

Check on your desktop app... for the proper settings then change them on your phone. or delete the account and just start the process again it'll reconfigure itself

I did have it daily and often a few times a day, but now it wont accept my password, any ideas how to reset it?

If I delete the account and start again wont I loose those emails I have kept?
