There's one question if there's anyone can help... why everytime I add a contact in my phonebook (I still use blackberry original apps), it's always making a copy in my SIM card? Is there anyway I juust make new contact in my phone memory only (just like other smartphone)? or can i store the new contact in my External Memory (just like in several symbian/android phone)? tks for the help.

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community.
Storing contacts on external memory such as media cards is currently not an available feature.
Can you please clarify your question about contacts?
When you create a new contact on your BlackBerry Z10 smartphone are you seeing it with a link that says SIM card or a link to Local Contacts?
Do you also see links to any email accounts you have added?
Had you used the Copy Contacts to SIM card option?
When you choose to see only SIM card contacts by swiping right and choosing SIM from the contact lists, are you able to see newly created contacts that haven't been manually moved there?
I look forward to your response.
