Data services connectivity issue and Unable to toggle Airplane Mode at same time.

My BlackBerry Z10 is running on latest software release i.e 10.1.0.4181

Problem Statement: At times, my device loose connectivity to data services. The "E" symbol disappears from notification bar. Even if I got to Settings -> Network Connections -> Mobile Network and switch off and on Data Services, the connectivity isn't restored. If I try to switch on Airplane mode, it tries indefinitely and doesn't switch on Airplane mode.

Work Around: Only way to restore data services / connectivity is by rebooting the device.

This is seems to be a bug in the OS as I am facing this issue after latest update. Is there anyone else facing the same problem of know the solution.

The issue could be simulated in this way: The Wifi and Data Services were ON. At night I use to switch off my Wifi Router and the BlackBerry Z10 device kept searching for open networks. In the morning, I could find the Wifi module in hanged state. Even after turning OFF Wifi, it was showing the Wifi symbol in the notification bar. I was able to turn OFF Mobile Network and Data Services but if I try to turn ON Airplane mode, it keeps trying indefinitely and Airplane mode never switches ON. Then I had to restart my phone again to restore data services.
