Update on the phone.
Fido called on friday to let me know that my phone has been replaced. That is 7 days from when they sent it out. So you will most likely get a new one, make sure to get your provider to send it out because they will provide you with a loaner phone for the time being, which will allow you to continue with your daily activities.
Blackberry did good, impressed on the quickness. The problem must be something they are trying to sort out and want the defective phone as a study to stop the glitch. It also might be cheaper to give you new one over getting it fixed too.
BTW this phone is unreal and it might have saved this company
