Open the Hub and touch the lower right vertical three dots icon to go to your Hub settings.

[ Edited ]

Same here. The old BB Storm was working perfect and stupid me wanted to be trendy I have upgraded to this piece of junk. Nothing is simply with this phone. After two weeks still can't get my Yahoo contacts neither my desktop Outlook contact list for  the same account sync with this phone. Why they fixed something which was not broken.

This entire idea of full syncing is stupid. Still should be an option to leave the email on the server while deleting it from the phone. iPhone and Samsung have this option.

Re: Delete email on Z10 but keep in gmail?

This is how I want it to work, but it isn't....when I delete on my device, it isn't deleting off the gmail server, so when I go to my laptop, I have to re-delete tons of emails.

Champagnekisses, open your Settings > Accounts > Gmail > scroll to the bottom to Folder settings > and make sure your "sync all folders" settings is on.

It is ON but I am unable to select Outbox or Trash (they are greyed out). I am actually unable to select any of the folders, only Junk.

Re: Delete email on Z10 but keep in gmail?

You don't want those two syncing to your BlackBerry. If you have the top setting to ON, and the inbox checked, the deleted messages should delete from the server.

Re: Delete email on Z10 but keep in gmail?

Here you go. I've figured it out.

I'm linking you to the new article I've created because otherwise the info will get lost in the thread here because of too many comments.

Hope it helps you!
